User impact: Users couldn’t download multiple files simultaneously via SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business and got an error.
Root cause: A code error within a recent service update to traffic control systems was reducing the processing rate of download requests when more than one file was triggered to download, resulting in impact.
As a recap, the issue with unable to download files in OneDrive for Business was due to the service degradation that happened few days ago. After the degradation was resolved, the issue was also resolved on your organization, and everyone is able to successfully download files again in OneDrive for Business.
